We dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date of payment.

Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delays caused by courier partners due to weather or strikes are beyond our control.

Once dispatched, tracking details and shipping updates will be sent to your registered email address.

You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@denorajewels.com. IMPORTANT: You must attach a 360° Unboxing Video to your email. Without this video, your claim will not be processed.

This is a mandatory video proof for any damage claim. You must:

  1. Show all 4 sides of the sealed package and the address label.

  2. Open the package and inspect the product.

  3. Ensure the video is continuous (no cuts or edits).

Gently wipe the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after every wear to remove moisture and oils.

Always store your jewelry in an airtight box or ziplock bag immediately after use. Do not store them in velvet boxes.
