All orders are covered under a mandatory 360° parcel opening video policy. Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited video from the moment the parcel is received, clearly showing all four sides of the package, the shipping label with address, and the entire opening process. This video is the only accepted proof for reporting damages, missing items, or delivery errors. Claims submitted without this video will not be processed under any circumstances. Minor issues that can be easily fixed—such as loose stones, small bends, or attachments that can be re-secured—do not qualify as damage.

Once an item has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier service, and transit handling is outside our control. We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or external factors affecting delivery. Any attempt to submit edited, re-shot, or fraudulent opening videos will result in the claim being rejected and the customer may be blacklisted from future purchases. The opening video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for the claim to be considered.

Shipping Information

1. Orders & Cancellations

Finality of Sale: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
Customer Cancellation: If an order is cancelled from your end before dispatch, only 50% of the order value will be refunded. This refund will be provided strictly as store credit for future purchases. No bank transfers will be made.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days from the date of payment.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery generally takes 4–10 working days, depending on your location.
Courier Responsibility: We ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure safety. However, after dispatch, we do not have control over the parcel. Denoarajewels is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner due to bad weather, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Delivery Attempts:
- The courier will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver.
- If the customer is unavailable and the packet is returned to us (RTO), the customer must pay Rs. 100 for re-shipping.
- If you choose not to pay for re-shipping and cancel the order at this stage, a gift coupon will be issued after deducting Rs. 200. No cash refunds will be initiated for courier returns.

Handcrafted Nature: Artificial jewelry may have slight irregularities.
Minor Issues: Small issues that can be easily fixed at home—such as stones falling out or small bends (which may happen during transit pressure)—are not considered defects/damage. We do not accept returns or replacements for these minor fixable issues.
